The host is a 130-room hotel opened in 2018 and this on-site restaurant does all the F&B, including room service and buffet breakfasts for its guests.
As part of the deal with the hotel, the restaurant receives a minimum Guaranteed of 30 breakfasts per day priced at THB 230 a cover, however the restaurant must be open from 5.30am - 10.30am for guests in the hotel.
There are no other operating hours restrictions and a new owner can open for lunch and dinner also as would be normal.
The restaurant is currently being advertised on TV in all the rooms, along with menus in each room for room service. In terms of cuisine, it is suitable for many different types and it even has a pizza oven installed. There is ample seating inside and outside on the terrace for customers to eat or grab a drink. There is also TV throughout that offers free international channels (including sports) from the hotel for guests to watch.
The 4 THB Million registered company is included in the sale and all licenses and the current lease agreement are under the company name making it very easy to transfer.
